Welcome to SHC Foods. By accessing or placing an order through our website (shcfoods.com.my), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to packaging updates or batch variations.

All frozen products must be stored at -18°C or below upon receipt. SHC Foods is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. SHC Foods does not store your payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Malaysia. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and order volume. SHC Foods is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, weather events).

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at info@shcfoods.com.my. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of SHC Foods and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SHC Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
