Send to Whole West Malaysia except Langkawi, Pangkor, Tioman, Redang or Perhentian similar destination that required flights or ferries.*

Updated shipping & handling fee for wet/fresh/frozen items order:-

1. RM1-RM200 below (RM30 ship fee)

2. RM201-RM300 (RM25 ship fee)

3. RM301-RM400(RM15 ship fee)

3. RM401 above (FREE DELIVERY)

a) Please do not check out fresh/frozen items and dry items together. Please separate the check out at the end. Thank You!

b) Fresh/frozen items will be stored in 1 White foam box 'cooler box' & 1 Ice cold pack 'cooler pack".

c) Items will be delivered using our own cold truck or our 3rd party cold storage transporter to protect & maintain the freshness of your ordered items during its journey to your doorstep.

d) Any items related that needs to be clean/cut/pack accordingly to you please drop a note on the remarks section or message us. *We seller have the final decision/right to clean/cut/pack the related items without the notice to customer or miscommunication happens & etc.

e) All items ordered by customer will be inspected by us before packing for delivery.

f) i) Today order before 11am, next day delivery (except weekend)

ii) Saturday/Sunday order will deliver on Tuesday

iii) No process order/delivery on every Sunday & public holiday
